Deep in the jungle of India, a wolf pack found something unusual: a small human baby abandoned and alone. Raksha, Mother Wolf, took pity on him and decided to raise him as one of her own cubs. She named him Mowgli, which means 'frog', because he had no fur. The Council of Rock accepted the boy into the pack thanks to the intervention of Baloo, the wise bear, and Bagheera, the black panther, who promised to teach him the Law of the Jungle.
